Default Stangos paemimas darant mirties trauka

Ar turi reiksmes raumenu augimui stangos paemimas darant mirties trauka?
Pvz jei visada dirbi stanga imdamas desine ranka delnu nuo saves, o kaire delnu i save. Logiskai mastant ranku raumenys skirtingai isitempia, tai ir turetu ir augimui tureti reiksmes. Ar nera reiksmes kaip daryti?

ranku raumenys, siuo atveju dilbio, isitempia +- vienodai, toks paemimas stipresnis, del mexaniniu dalyku. treniruotese reiktu naudoti normalu paemima, o kai prieinama toks svoris, kad normalus paemimas nelaiko, pakeiciama i mixed grip. normalus paemimas labiau apkraus dilbius, ir Jie labiau stipres, to pasekoje gausime stipresni sukibima

manau didelės reikšmės neturi, svarbiausia, kad rankos patogiai apimtų štangą ir tvirtai laikytum.. manau didesnį dėmesį reikėtų skirtį nugaros daliai, rankos tai kaip rankos, jos tik padeda laikyti..

as visada imu atvirkstiniu paemimu kaires delnes nuo saves , o desines i save , tai trapecija kaires rankos didesne , bet gal cia ne paemimas kaltas

is dalies gali buti paemimas, na realiai kaltas Tu pats zinoma;d bet kai imama mixed grip, kiti buna "pameta" vieno peties pozicija, labiau i sona ta peti ismeta ma atrodo, tai del to trapecija zinoma daug itakos gauna
bet man truputi keista, Jus visi cia su 250kg traukinejat, kad mixed grip imat ar kas? sukibima reikia stiprinti kaip ir visas kitas kuno vietas
p.s. galit pasimokyti dar hook grip

As pvz darau 4x5 su 130kg tai imant paprastai paskutini reps'a darant jau ant pirstu galu darau, bijau, kad stanga nenuslystu, todel visada darau laikydamas rankas skirtingai. Tik va viena kart pabandziau laikyti paprastai. Arba tada reiketu kreidos. Nes kai as be kreidos darau tai jau su 130kg sunku ;/

Su kreida daryciau, tai manau ir su 200kg nebutu problemu ;D
Pripratau daryti mixed grip'u, db vel reiks priprast daryti paprastai. ;]

nu kreida 70kg prie gripo tikrai nedades o jei dades, zek, kad trapecija neiplystu;d darykit paprastu gripu visus setus iki tol, kol negalit islaikyti, tada keiskit i mixed

tai ta mixed gripa galima ties kiekvienu pakartojimu ar setu imti skirtingom rankom viena karta kaire prieki kita karta desnine , gal sitaip butu gerai?
