Na as vis delto manau kad imanoma padet ir internetu (juk uzsieni labia populiarus "on-line training"), taciau reiketu pamatyt bent tavo nuotrauka ir zinoti dabartines tavo mitybos grafika ir kokius jis duoda rezultatus, nes taip "is dangaus" patart ka nors daugiau nei nurodyt bendrus kanonus sunkoka
Taip, butent, pamatyti zmogu.. o ne i parasyta svori ir parasytus ismatavimus ziureti..

kazko nesupratai..
apie varzybine dieta nieko juk neklausiau, tiesiog parasiau, kad gal rimtai sportuojancios moterys turi bent siauresni rekomenduojama intervala tokioms kaip as(sportuojancioms, kad palaikyt formas).

Suprantu kad foto padetu, bet budama statistine Lt mergina nelabai noreciau, kad mano foto su kokiais stringais aptarinetu 15meciai ...

Na siaip sportuojanciai merginai, didziausia esme sudaro mityba.. o mityboj svarbiausia esme visu pirma yra maisto pasirinkimas ir jo derinimas, antra - nepersivalgymas, valgymas tiek, kad pakiltum nuo stalo dar noredama valgyti, o sotumo jausmas ateina po 20 min, trecia - sportas, o ketvirta - poilsis, gyvenimo budas..
Dirbant su hanteliais ir stangom 6-8 pakartojimai - masej, 8-12 palaikymui, daugaiu ryskinimui, raumens isdirbimui.. Cardio yra butinas, vien stanginej dirbant, dideja sirdies raumuo.. Cardio pries trniruote apsilt ir paruost raumeni trenituotei, po - svorio metimui.. Nzn, ka dar dadurt..

Na cia tokia paprasta bazine programa siek tiek pazengusiai. Pastebejau kad iki siol beveik visai nedarei baziniu pratimu, o tai yra pagrindinis trukumas. Cia 3 dienu split'as, gali sportuot kas antra diena, ir kas antra diena skirt cardio, arba 3 dienas is eiles ir tada daryt laisva ir t.t. Cardio pakanka 3 kart per savaite po 30 min arba 2 kart po 1 val.

Spaudimas su hanteliais

siaip as pas save saleje labai labai retai matau zmones (butent ir vyrus ir moteris) darancius mirties trauka ar stangos trauka pasilenkus ar pritupimus(situos kiek dazniau). nezinau, del ko cia taip, gal kad pratimai pavojingi ir reikalaujantys patirties, gal del to, kad patys sunkiausi ir reikalaujantys daugiausiai jegu bei geros formos.
dietologu paskutines rekomendacijos - 50% A, 30% B, 20% R dieta :)

na taip, daznai treneriai "prisilaiko atsargumo" ir bijo duot situos pratimus daryt (ypac moterims), nes darant bloga forma tikrai galima susizalot, taciau tai yra patys svarbiausi pratimai, kurie turetu sudaryt bet kokios treniruociu programos pagrinda...

o dietologu rekomenduojama mityba ganetinai skiriasi nuo sporto mitybos specialistu rekomendaciju... cia kalbu is patirties, nes teko dirbt ir su tais ir su tais ;)

tai cia butent sportuojanciam zmogui buvo :) mesti svoriui 40-40-20 siulo. mano galva tai gan geros proporcijos, nors jus varzybininkes zinot geresniu ir efektyvesniu dietu ;)

Na ruosiantis riebalu i diena likdavo 5-10.. bet jau organizmui trukumas stiprus, stogelis lekdavo..

Mitas: Women need to train differently than men.

On a microscopic level, there is virtually no difference between the muscle tissue of men and the muscle tissue of women. Men and women have different levels of the same hormones, and that's what is responsible for the difference in the amount of muscle a man can typically put on and the amount of muscle a woman can typically gain. There is absolutely no reason why either should train differently than the other sex, provided they have the same goals. The only difference in training might be as a result of cultural, sexual preferences. A woman might desire to develop her glutes a little more so she looks better in a pair of 'Guess' jeans. Conversely, a man might want to build his lats a little more so that he fits the cultural stereotype of a virile man.
